That is the multi-billion dollar question.

The only thing that matters is who the Russians say paid them.

My guess is that this is another false flag event orchestrated by the Russians themselves. Didn't the Houthis just come out and say that they weren't going to shoot at Chinese or Russian vessels any more? If that is so, then what beef would any of the Islamists have with the Russians enough to plan an attack like this.

At first I considered, like Skinny did, that it was the CIA, but this doesn't look like a CIA operation. I think the Russians did it as a false flag event and they are going to blame it on the West.

The only thing that gives me pause is that, according to the news, the US Intelligence service actually warned Russia ahead of time that ISIS was going to attack. That's an odd development to the story.

I don't think its CIA either. I think its the WEF people working to cause confusion trying to trigger somebody into making a bad reactionary tactical move.. Some early mis-information reports are saying some of the guys captured are former Wagner merc's, but who knows if that is legit info or not.

The adage "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" only goes so far. It stops when Muslims are involved. I'll pull for the Ruskies in that spat. Especially considering the Muslims killed innocent civilians that happen to be Russian. If they attacked the Russian military then it would be another matter but that is not how the warped mind of a Muslim terrorist thinks.

My Opinion: This isn't a Putin false flag. This makes him look weak and ineffective & it is just after the election.
- ISIS = Why? Russia is working with Iran.
