If I remember correctly, that is an old money elitist New Yorker estate and there was a great deal of fussing and complaining because Trump bought it and took it from the country club crowd.

He’s taking truth social public Yup. Truth Social is going public, he owns almost all of it so all he has to do is sell the right amount of shares to his friends and he's got the money. Truth Social IPO is expected to be 8-10 billion at the open. IPO rules state if you are an initial investor like Trump, you cannot sell shares until a certain time has elapsed. I think that time is 180 days.

I think that time is 180 days. He can sell with no wait if approved by the Board of Directors, one of whom is Donald Jr.

He also has other assets which never make the general public. Like his own set of warehouses and construction yards in NYC. That place is so dense, they have an area just for companies, city, etc...to park any kind of large equipment. They rent that parking from the owner. Guess who owns a big parking lot in NYC? Its only worth $200 million cause its the only place to park a skid steer and a cement mixer.
