Unless you're going long distance consider a regular mt bike. I do 10-15 miles on a lot of my elk hunts wearing a heavy pack with no issues. The only advantage to be is uphill capability of an e-bike.
We can't ride the E-bikes on the timber company lands so, it's not really an issue for me.

I like and have considered the Suzuki DRZ400 and may still get one. They are street legal as are the Kawasaki KLX300. Both of those bikes have been on the table for me some time. However if I go that rout, I might as well go with the Suzuki DR650. It's not as light, but it's simpler, oil cooled, single carb, one intake and exhaust valve with a screw type adjuster on each. There are people that have taken them around the World. Simple bike to maintain unlike my big ass Triumph Tiger 800. I'm going to keep the Tiger 800, (Love that bike) just looking for something to compliment it not replace it.

Please don't feed the trolls. grin It only encourages them. It's best to use the ignore feature.

We only have a few on here. Most have left or started acting like normal people.

More like 3% intelligence. Even that might be giving way too much credit .
