For those that like Indian food. Cube 3-5 lbs of deer. Rub or coat meat with Garam masala, tumeric, little cumin, and small amount of corriander (and other if you like) Dice large onion (or 2) and mix with meat.... then brown it all on high heat On the side have a crock pot with 1-2 quarts of canned whole tomatoes (I use my own) 1 whole 10 oz jar of red curry paste (hot or mild) I add a little more seasoning to the mixture, but not much because the meat is coated. Cube 3-4 lbs of red potatoes Add the meat when seared and let cook in crock pot for a couple hours before adding the potatoes if you dont want your potatoes soft. I dont mind. When ready after 6-7 hours then cook some basmati rice and naan. Homemade naan is great and easy, but my wife thinks Im too messy, so I buy it premade now. Green chutney is great on the side or a cucumber salad. But usually I dont bother. Easy dish to prepare if you have the ingredients. I'll try to remember to post a plate tonight, but we have a late ballgame...

I’d bet that is flavorful
