Inflammatory protein in your body may be causing your pain, a study I read stated that they believe an obscure protein has emerged as the key perpetrator of sciatica pain in adults over 50. Try looking into nerve health support supplements such as Stonehedge Health Dynamic Nerve (Ranked best in 2024) or SciatiEase (Ranked #2). Both contain the top 4 criteria for a quality nerve support supplement. I would try either one of these supp. and doing the stretches first, before having any kind of surgery or procedure...

I have it daily as well. Have had a back surgery thinking that was going to take care of it, but it turns out I have chronic arthritis in my SI joints. Especially the left side. I've tried a bunch of different remedies, with the best being a chiropractor. That gets quite expensive so most of the time I just deal with it. Matt Brock, how long did you have to take the Celebrex before you could tell a difference? You're welcome to PM me if needed.I tried it one time, but couldn't tell any difference...may have been because I quit it after a few days because I wasn't getting any relief.

Sleep with a pillow between your knees every night. Front pocket wallet, don’t sit with wallet in back pocket. Cured mine 15 yrs ago by doing those two things

TENS unit for me. Switched to front pocket wallet years ago. Flipping a 4 wheeler on a fire lane didn’t help matters.

I’m right there with y’all everyday. Bio freeze and ibuprofen is the only way I can sleep at night. Between my past construction work life, sleeping in a different bed weekly and windshield time daily, I don’t see the pain ever getting better.

Are you sure its Sciatica ? Thought mine was and went to PT for a few times, NOT THE ANSWER FOR ME, they thinking it was Sciatica, were doing leg exercise and doing a deep massage on my thigh muscle. Would wake up about 11 am from PT that day with pain that I have never had. Pain NORMALLY DOESNT BOTHER ME BUT THIS BROUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES. Finally quit PT and went to chiropractor. She took x rays and said that its nerve damage from lower back. Did have problems about 25 years ago with back. Have been going for a couple months and pain has dropped much. GETTING BETTER ALL THE TIME

I really believe getting the wallet out of the back pocket helped me more than anything.

Chiro and their stretching rack has helped me the most. It takes the pressure off of the nerve so that the inflammation will eventually go away. Not a permanent cure, but it sure helps.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Go to a reputable Neurosurgeon. It felt like I had a red hot coat hanger being pushed down through my butt cheek through my leg. Mine became so bad I started developing “Drop foot”, I couldn’t press the accelerator while driving with that foot. Neuro made a small incision in my back and relieved the pressure on the sciatica nerve . It was nothing short of a miracle cure.
