Lease would run from 8/1/24-7/31/25 at $1,100 per month.
Included in rent is water, trash, cable and internet, power is via Alabama power and is the tenants responsibility
This unit is located is at Longleaf Villas and is owned/operated privately by myself/my family.
This would be a great option for a grad student, young professional or newly wed couple.
