If the judge leaves things wide open for appeals then the judge gets to wash his hands of this entire mess. He will be forgotten about but her sorry embarrassing ass will not because she will be talked about as the one who lost the entire election.

Wow! Just wow! There’s not a lot that surprises me with politics and our judicial system but that does. I’ve kept up with that story and LOTS of legal experts were saying how she would be disbarred and they were even surprised that the judge continued to hear the case because there was so much cause to have her removed. Corruption runs extremely deep.

Judge is a Democrat what do you expect and he's weak as hell that was obvious. I think he was scared honestly and didn't want to be anywhere near this.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

Yup. He is also in a very unsafe situation considering that his boss is the DA and most-importantly is also Queen of the Hood. I bet it is well known where he lives and all the details of the daily comings and goings of his family. In his case, they do not have to give open threats to make it known that his wimpy white ass in real danger. A simple "Hello Judge" from a random stranger at the local gas station is all it takes to send the message.

After what all has gone on with our Supreme Court justices I'd say that is 100% accurate. They scared too IMO. A reflection of the "Department of Justice".

The good things that he has done is to totally expose Fibbin Fanni for what she is. Fanni will not have a career when this is done, but I'm sure she will get checks from somewhere. He also has made sure enough holes are in nearly every aspect of this case that any appeal by Trump will win.
Now that there is not any legit chance this case will go anywhere, the MSM will drop it soon and talk about the other kangaroo court cases against Trump.
