2.) The razzing Katie is getting from her haters right now shows what those people will not vote for. Do the opposite of Katie and you will gain more votes and not lose any.
3.) Anything that looks staged will lose voters. People are tired of fake. It has to be real and direct for everybody right now.

I think the actual reason was that McConnell didn't want Vivek getting that kind of exposure and Katie is the bought and paid for new toy of the establishment. She is dependable and will carry the water for the uniparty. I'm just glad she's getting the kind of attention her dumbass deserves.

It was probably meant to have a personal homey feeling with the kitchen backdrop. I think regular people do have a lot of important, which direction in life should we go type conversations in their kitchens. I’m sure some democrats have used their kitchens for that too. I don’t know what the weirdo people do in their kitchens. Her performance was not directed at people like me. You either loved it or hated it. I did not like her delivery and didn’t get past the first 10 seconds. We will get plenty of fire and brimstone from Trump/Vivek for the next 8 months. I was thinking the staging was trying to show the average American home but it triggered the elites. How not played out who knows.

Not sure what they were thinking with Katie. Not sure what she was thinking. I've watched a grand total of 1 minute of her rebuttal. Zero of the SOTU speech. What I saw of her confirms for me she needs to go and soon.

After all this, it is probably in her best interest to step away from the spotlight for a while. She still has enough time left in her first term to make up for mistakes. If she doesn't improve everybody will see it cause she opened herself up to it now.She is a real easy target for the Dems so right now its best not to give them anything to shoot at.

I have an acquaintance (youngish mother, I think she is a campaign manager or something too) that posted something about how good Katie did and how that was not a set but her actual kitchen and how genuine and real Katie is. I laughed when I read it. Katie is a politician none of them are genuine. But it showed me that I at least some idiots thought she did a great job, and the message was the best thing ever.

I am not a Katie fan, and the message was a long way from genuine, but it wasn't the worst thing I have seen from a politician lately.
