He forgot to mention, those loans only apply to certain districts in California that are about to flip republican. Also they get the same deal for new automobiles under about $50k. They put a cap on the amount for a car because they do not want to illegals be driving the high end stuff their masters drive.

Orange County is heavily republican and the illegal invaders get those "housekeeper and gardener" jobs. So the democrat controlled state decided to provide them homes comparable to the places they work. A nice home can hold an entire extended family of 10-15 comfortably but a Sec 8 apartment can only about 4-5 invaders.

The tax policies in California are directly targeted at Conservatives on all levels. Pretty much everything you have in your garage they have an extra tax just for that "redneck" thing you have. Like a chainsaw, or tools in general. They have a special sales tax specifically for gold and silver money, which is unconstitutional. Now they are floating the idea of a cash tax. A penalty for using cash.
