I use Rock Auto a good bit but you can get some real POS parts anywhere you go. It's all made in China but I try to spend a little extra thinking the quality control is just better. The parts themselves may or may not be. Seems to work out. I keep a bunch of old stuff running.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

I got struts for my Avalon from Rock Auto, very satisfied. Did you go with Monroe? I got the FCS brand, this was in 2019 on a 1998 Avalon. I still have the car and it drives and rides good, was my daily driver till summer 2022.

I use Rock to find the part#/brand and check Amazon before I buy. Usually end up going Amazon unless I need it quick. Rock allows faster shipping for more $$$. Still cheaper than the parts house either way.
