More than you’re looking for, but South Alabama Kubota has a M4-71 with deluxe cab that has very few hours. I know the guy who bought it and he barely used it. I used it to load a set of disks and it still had the plastic on the seat. Has 3rd function valve installed. Think they’re asking $60,000 which is about $8,000 less than new.
"Cull" is just another four letter word...

My neighbor has one for sale sitting in his front yard in the size range you listed. It's a really clean tractor and looks to be a newer tractor. It has FEL, bucket, grapple and is 4Wd. I believe it's a Kioti brand but could be a Kubota. It's orange in color but do not know much more than what I listed. I will be home Wednesday if you would like me to get a contact number and some pictures for you.

Truth ^^^^. I'll add step on up to a true utility tractor in that HP range . The big compacts have enough HP for most jobs , but not enough weight to get it to the ground. I have a 20 YO 5205 JD 4X4 , so glad it's a 5,000 series and not a high HP 4,000. If you can , stick with one old enough not to have a bunch of electronics and DEF foolishness.

There's a couple Fords and Masseys on Craigslist within driving distance in the 50-75hp range $12-18k. I don't know what you all do with a compact tractor less than 50hp but it isn't much and it ain't quick I know that for certain. You also won't need 4wd if you buy a real tractor. Get you one of those blue smurf tractors and don't look back.

Lookup irby tractor. They are just down 280 from chelsea. They had about 50 used ones when i drove by there. Most are shown on their website

Irby is a solid dude but you aren't leaving that lot without a complete ass raping... his prices are 30% too high I don't know how he ever sells anything.
There's about 14 bazillion loader tractors on Craigslist under $20k some 4wd there is a Case 685 with a cab and air an 885 2wd without. There is a 85hp Kubota 4wd for $21k. At least a dozen good 2wd Tractors with loaders any brand $11-18k. I'm not even on Facebook or that crap there is no telling what's on there.
I'm asking this... what's your price range and where are you looking?

I’d like to be give or take around 10k or less With the prices of used tractor today, it’s going to be hard to find a good dependable tractor with a loaded and 4x4 for $10k. There are some out there but you have to look hard.

10k won’t buy much of a used tractor any longer. Truer words have never been spoken!
