Even if Trump somehow gets convicted and jailed on one of these cases, he is still not disqualified from the race. He would either need to be convicted of insurrection, which he isn’t even currently charged with, or Congress would have to vote to have him disqualified by 2/3rds vote. That’s the crazy part in all of this. The guy could still be president even if he was in jail.

Realistically it’s looking like not a single case will be adjudicated (including appeals because the NYC case may be tried before it’s all over) before the election. Nikki, is just doing her part to try and sling mud at Trump. There’s a reason a bunch of Democrat elites are putting money in her campaign. She’s got a big payoff coming even when she loses.
