Wait I have that wrong. There are 12 CIA sites in Ukraine that have been there for >8 years. That was close. 12 KGB sites in Mexico, near the border would be really bad. Behind a paywall. But from the very liberal NY Times:
Eric Prince (Blackwater CEO) was on PBD today. He mentioned operations that they did in unusual places which nobody heard a damn thing about. He also has a "bring down Iran" plan which (may or may not) be in motion right now.

Well... Most of the world certainly doesn't think it's us.
I would bet that we have overthrown more governments than any other country in the world, and for more inauspicious reasons than anyone else too.
If you really want to go down a rabbit hole about just about bad the CIA is start researching, MK Ultra and all it's predecessors. It's insane the chit that the CIA has been involved in. (No pun intended)
About the only thing we we've done that was really really good is at the end of WWII we could have gone to Bretton Woods and basically told the rest of the World that we were taking over and we would be giving the orders from now on. Instead we were very magnanimous and made an agreement with the rest of the world that as long as all the allies helped us contain Communism, we would protect the shipping lanes for free and unfettered trade so that everyone could get back on their feet. And we are still doing that for the time being. China has unintentionally been the biggest benefactor of that agreement. Of course it certainly helped Japan too.
