Which washer and dryer brand do y’all have good experiences with? Electric dryer. We would like an agitator in the washing machine.

Thanks,
Lonster

Not sure there is any brand as good as they use to be. Whirlpool is a popular brand with many youtube how-to-fix videos, and available parts. Dang sure won't recommend Samsung. They probably make decent TV's, but not appliances.

Samsung doesn't make anything that will last long in my experience. One of my best friends has learned that also recently.

I've had the best luck out of the simple traditional washers and dryers. Hotpoint, Estate , GE and Whirlpool have all been trouble free the last 30 years plus.

We also went with speed queen. Less than a year and both the washer and dryer have broken. Washing machine is down right now, waiting on parts.

I have a GE washer, its one of the older style ones with an agitator, its been flawless but I did have to replace a board in it. I have a whirlpool dryer that is more than 20 years old and still works. I won't say it dries as well as a newer one would, but, it still works. Washer is probably 10 years old.

You heard it right here on Aldeer Consumer Reviews

SPEED QUEEN

It's a different level.
