Was on the interstate recently and saw a large amount of pickup trucks/minivans pulling multiple cars behind them headed South. Looked like they literally tied them to bumpers with whatever they could find. Many looked dented or wrecked. Some of them looked as though they could not have been legally hauling them to DOT specs. Are these cats headed to Mexico? And does our DOT/law just turn their heads and let ‘em go? What’s the deal with them?

Yes they’re headed to Mexico/Central America.
Often they’re in caravans with multiple drivers.

Older Toyotas and Older Nissans are primarily what I see.

I see them on 20/59 several times a week.

Yes and yes. That’s how the majority of the drug money goes back these days. It’s safer to invest it than it is to try to move large amounts of cash that can be easily seized

Seems like $2,000-10,000 vehicles would barely even scratch the surface with regards to the cartels laundering profits.

In mexico, if you have a nice car or truck, the cartel will take it. You cant have anything down there. Theyll let you survive and thats about it.

I’ll give you $2.00 and you pay shipping and the governor’s tax. That is my final offer.

They’ve done that for years now. See em on 20, 65 and 85 coming out of Ga mainly. Government is fine with it. They’d rather write them a big ole ticket that deport them. Have a few essays I know, they have been pulled over multiple times, written a ticket and trooper sends em on their way. One told me the other day he got pulled over for speeding on 431 south headed to oxford in cleburne county. State trooper got him for running 70 and him, and his two sons didn’t have on a seat belt. No insurance or license as well. $896 later on a pre paid Visa card he paid his ticket online. That’s all the state wants, is there money.

I saw one of those beaner brigades in the ditch south of Greenville on Thursday. Apparently they lost control of the 4 car caravan. I’ve also seen a pile of of Border Patrol on 65S near Mobile River bridge. They had some vehicles stopped

When we used to go bass fishing in TX we would see large caravans of them. The farmers would get on the CB and try to get them to stop to pick tomatoes.

I see them all the time on I-55. They like the Loves truck stops. I always wonder how if I put a long board in my truck without a flag attached Im illegal, but these clowns can string 6 cars together and pull it with a small SUV that has brakes in no way capable of stopping that train.

Plus, who gets that pulling vehicle with the roached tranny?

I’ve seen the cars that are being towed full of people before. They lay down in them so you can’t see them. They stopped on the on ramp of 20/59 and doors started popping open and folks were coming from everywhere

I’m just trying to figure out exactly what’s for sale here. A Mexican car? A Mexican convoy?

There is what I call a stop house in Woodstock. They stop to sleep and if there is a problem with the pulling car the guy who lives there fixes it and sends them on their way.

This is facts. They simply look at it as a cash cow. For the ones that don’t pay the ticket compared to the ones that do it’s a huge government profit. What kills me is all the legal ones buying vehicle insurance for the illegals by proxy. They make a fortune and our insurance rates go up from it.

Yup why ya can't find decent priced (or found one period) hardbody or damn yota.

Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!
