What is your experience with these bullets? I have never used them but saw a TV feature on the company and came away with good thoughts

I've used the interlock in 7mag and 35 whelen done me a great job . .

I read on here that hornady didn't shoot well for some . You just need to pick up a box see how they group . If they group good for you theyll kill the deer

I thought a lot of them until they discontinued there bonded bullet. Now all you have is cup and core and mono offerings.

I think it is rifle dependent. The Superformance line shot well out of my NEF single shot .270, but not even decent in my .308 A-Bolt. I had the same issue with the Whitetail line, just not as poor as the Superformance. The groupings in the Whitetail would be fine for deer <200 yds, but I’d be hesitant too far past that in my A-Bolt for a clean kill. Fed Fusion shoots well in it, so I haven’t tried any Hornady in a while.

*To answer the original question, their ammo is good and the company is generally regarded as a top tier factory ammo producer. I shoot it in everything I have, but the A-Bolt. .270, .444, .40, 9mm and .380acp

They are by far the best shooting round out of my Steyr. Killed many a deer with the 150 grain. Excellent ammo in my opinion.

All I've ever used in my Win M70 is the 165 BTSP. Stocked up on them a few years ago. Looks like it might be discontinued

Hornady and Federal has both done that junk over the years . Why they do it I don't knowv. . Back when we had the first shortage of ammo Hornady put up a list that they just stopped making .

When Federal got bought out they stopped making several in their classic line of ammo. Hornady is doing that now with it custom line of ammo.
