Not only does the ATF NOT have the authority to issue such a rule, it directly contradicts federal law that CONGRESS has already passed with the 1968 Gun Cotrol Act.
I'm beyond fed up with these bastages circumventing the law and destroying lives until it can go in front of SCOTUS to be deemed unconstitutional.
There are two types of gun enthusiasts ... Those who have been F#CKED by PTG and those who will be!

That's why I melted all my guns down into billets. It's just not worth the effort to own guns anymore.

The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

I read an article about this yesterday. It seems that the info about this proposal was leaked by a whistleblower inside the ATF. It also stated that there were those within the ATF who were opposed to it because they didn’t want to be saddled with trying to enforce it.
