What are some of the things in your Turkey gear you discovered most useful/essential that you need when you go in the woods?

Besides a diaphragm, I use a rangefinder a lot after misjudging birds in fields over and over again

Negative. Unscented baby wipes! I like the scented ones. The only required equipment for me to be turkey hunting is something to kill the turkey with and baby wipes. Everything else I tote is extra lol

Obviously gotta have some calls if you are a turkey hunter. I carry a number of them in the vest, but I could do fine with just a diaphragm and my rivercane. Don't need a compass anymore; the phone is always in my pocket and replaces it. In my old age, the gobbler lounger has become the most essential piece of equipment beyond the gun, shells and calls. I have too much back trouble to hunt without it.
