Try Fromm
It's really high quality. High protein.
You don't want to buy anything with corn in it, which is what almost all of them are.
I have tried all of them and my German Shepherds start to look like a crackheads after I take them off of Fromm. It's also the only brand I have found that they love to eat. The best is Fromm Puppy food in the pink bag. Highest protein...28%
Mine are 5 and 6yrs old. I keep 3 different flavors so they have a variety. Puppy, puppy chiot and adult flavor.
All the pet stores and vets I've spoken to about it, like it too.
Good job Jake best response on here glad to hear you take care of your family and pets👍 Yeah everything on here mentioned is garbage except fromm and taste of wild

I feed mine Purina pro plan but I don’t know how good it is . He is fat and healthy but constantly licks his feet. He also eats deer meat only for a week at a time and it doesn’t seem to help with feet licking. Vet said he needs an allergy shot every 4/6 weeks. We tried one but it was 200 dollars. What have y’all found to help feet licking. They do look red and a little irritated at times Ever tried any fish oil?

Give em a good quality food and they'll definitely chit less! This! Undigested fillers. Rescued an English Setter, many years ago, that was on Ol Roy when we got him. He made many HUGE piles until we finished the bag that came with him and switched him to better food. His coat improved and less doggy mines that released a foul, nose hair curling stench when mowed over, too.
experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

Where do you get fish oil and how do you feed it? I just mixed in a can of pink salmon, tuna, or sardines into my dogs food once a week. If you use sardines, get the plain ones in water.

Where do you get fish oil and how do you feed it? Walmarks in the vitamin section. Just toss a couple pills once a day in with their food.

Yeah have an outside dog i saved from Alberta, when she was a pup, and i was about to rename her PILES, because that all she'd leaves in the yard 🤦🏿♂️🤣🤣 Figured I'd feed her whatever was the cheapest, but nope! Had to swap lol...

All dogs are different. I feed all mine a different amount as some need more than others.

3toe - what you thinking you're going to switch to? I may try the Fromm. Still doing some research on brands mentioned, plus I’ve got a 30lb of Pro Plan left.

Diamond Naturals Lamb and Rice Diamond has killed LOTS of dogs. I think they lead the industry with recalls, I could be wrong. There was a bad batch about 20 years ago. But they made it right. Dang good feed though. I’ve been feeding it for over 20 years.
