Got one looks like it will pass just north of me at Hollis creek in south Wayne county. We missed this cell. Luckily it played out before it got to my neighborhood. With the exception of a few light showers, it looks like we are in the clear now. The wind has really picked up in the last 30 minutes.

89mph wind gusts here in Destin a short while ago. Apparently some gas station pumps have been ripped out of the ground here. Also apartments in Panama City apparently gone.

Pretty nasty all night down here in Milton. Pretty sure my power is out up in Evergreen. It woke me up around 3 am and boy was it howling. Looks like the last line full of red just passed me going to do the yard/house check when it gets a little lighter and rain winds down. I am in Pace and did not hear much at all. Of course I had just made it back home from a 2 day drive and was sleeping like the dead. Nothing got blown around in the yard though.

It woke me up twice - once was a power blip I think around midnight and it sounded like just storms. Again at 3 am and it was blowing like crazy, sounded like a freight train. I don't really have much down around me just leaves, sticks and a million acorns.

I am very thankful for all the rain, our creeks are running for the first time since summer. I've got a tree down in edge of yard, and sure more on farm, but blessed. Praying for all that have damage.

DoA is out on the drillship at work in the Gulf and a tad west of the AL/MS line due south (I don't know how many miles), but Sunday he had said they were expecting 23' waves out there. This morning about 5:30 they were having 84 mph winds out there. That is a whole lot more sporty than I would care to experience!
