I'm not a collector but I do have an old brass 12 gauge hull. No paper or plastic, it's brass for the full 2-3/4" length. If I can find it or a picture of it, I'll post it.

Revelation was Western Auto's brand. I think they were made by Federal.

Back in the 70' s we shot some called Alcan . Best I remember they were paper hulls. Not very good shells as I remember.

I had some .700 Nitro Express, but I sold them a while back. Some of the solids are recovered from African game taken by my step father.

How much is this stuff worth? I listed it for sale and didn't get any bites. I'm not a collector. Was just trying to get enough to buy some newer ammo to shoot and thought someone may want this

I wanna see all that old ammo. If you can post to aldeer, you can easily post pictures. Try this:

Posting directly from your phone simplifies the process. I promise you that if I have a good signal I can post a picture here in less than 60 seconds using www.postimages.org.

The key to doing it quickly is to ignore all their attempts to get you to sign up for an account. Click on the link, then select "choose images." On the next screen, select "media picker". That will get all of your pictures onto the screen, so select the one you want. Once it has completely loaded, and that takes only a few seconds with a good signal, you will see your picture and a menu below it. Click "hotlink for forums" if you want to post it here. Then you just paste it here and hit "post reply." Give it a try.

I have wanted to get a glass display case for years to put in the garage to show off all the old SG shell boxes, rifle and whatever that is old. Since Daddy passed, it makes me want to do it more. I have 4 boxes of winchester super X buckshot/25 count, numerous other boxes of Peters, Federal, Remington etc.

That is it, I will find me a glass display. His legacy deserves it.
