Look up Charles Patterson. He farms around Kinston/Samson area and leases a bunch of small tracts. Most that he either farms or rents to farmers. He advertises on several FB lease and hunting pages.

There's a reason for turn over on his land yr after yr, be careful.

Yeah and last time I checked, he wanted $23/acre for mostly wide open row crop land and a few hardwoods with privet so thick you couldn't walk through it. Them Florida boys will pay it so he keeps it jacked up.
