I knew it was going to a draw for out of state hunters. I just found out it starts on January 9th last week. Our bunch is hunting private land just north of coffeeville. It's not pure Rios, but it's turkeys. We don't care. Only hope we all get drawn. We like hunting that place cause it's flat land.

Guess we won't be going back to Kansas. I don't understand how a state can allow you to kill hens and still act like they are concerned about turkey numbers (goes for OK & TN too ... and probably a bunch more states).
