It really doesn’t matter if Oregon loses or not right? If they lose, Washington stays in. If they win, they take Washington’s spot. IF the process is successful against Georgia, in my opinion this is what has to happen for Bama to get in.
Florida State or Texas loses. I'm thinking both are going to lose.
Ohio State is out after Saturday.
This is all that has to happen. Bama win and a loss by either of those teams, and Bama is in. A loss by Michigan or Washington and it gets dicey. No losses by any of those, and Bama is probably out. If only FSU loses why wouldn’t they just stick Texas in FSU’s spot? I'm assuming UGA and FSU would be out and Texas and Bama would be in.

It will be hard to keep a 1 loss SEC champion that beat the number 1 team in the country behind Oregon even if they beat Washington. If FSU, and Michigan wins they are in. If Washington wins, they are in. I think if Bama beats Georgia, they could swap with Georgia. Texas is the problem. I’m hoping OSU pulls off the upset of Texas and clears the path, but that’s a long shot. If the committee puts more value in Bama beating Georgia than Texas beating Bama… that is the question. Even if FSU beats Louisville, I don’t think they get in. The only way FSU gets in is if Georgia loses to Bama, Washington loses to Oregon, and Michigan gets beat by Iowa. Even then it’s a toss up, as much as I like my Noles, I’ve seen them play. Washington is the real deal, Georgia is the real deal, Bama is bi-polar (but unbeatable when executing well), Texas is good, and Oregon is good.

Remember they use the "eye test" as one of the criteria in the ranking. To my eyes, if Oregon wins, they are in because with all the Heisman hype so everyone wants to see Bo in action. They look good too. FSU has not impressed me much so they are teetering in the eye test. Bammer, if they beat GA, will have passed the eye test IMO. The world has been impressed with the way they came back last week. A lot of my brethren are calling it luck, and it was on the muffed punt, but the last play was luck combined with a great play call for the defense and situation. I just don't think they will keep a one loss SEC champion out of the race, but I've been wrong before.
Y'all might need to un-alumni him. He's trying so hard to look objective he's throwing his team under the bus.
