That is a discodial. Basically it is a toy for a game the Indians played. Think mini bowling meets dice. That one is around 800 to 1000 years old.

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Well dangit. I was going to say a diskoital but it's thicker than the ones I've seen. I have one I carry in my pocket as a good luck piece. MIne is a black stone and is polished slick. I found it on an Indian Mound so no doubt as to what it is.
I can't stand a thief.

Was going to say game stone Didn’t know they had a particular name Discoidal is the safe name because we truly do not know for sure how those things are used but there is enough ethnographic and archaeohistorical information to say that most likely those things are used as game piece or a child's toy.

I am certain that is the prototype of the caveman's first wheel or a salesman's sample of the first wheel when they began production

That is really cool.
Rainbow = if that is ~2.25" diameter it may be concrete that was stuck in a pole from a chain link fence. Saw Skinny mention this a year or so ago. Don't quote me, because I am no expert.

What BB said. That material looks like it could be brick mortar or it could be porous white limestone. It is unusual to find a discoidal made out of material that looks like that.
