I shoot the most unpopular, unreliable, least reputable 150 gr available. REM Core-lokt. Have never lost a deer with them. Same. However, most my shots are under 150 yards when hunting.

Only buck I shot last year was a 218 lb. 4 year old. 238 yds. DRT. shot a 150 lb. hog at 190 yds. earlier last season. DRT. damn core- lokts.

I bought a box of coreloks to sight in and a box of hornady superperformce that I was gonna shoot. Got it dialed in with CL then tried the other. The hornady was all of the paper from a gun rest. Next day I went and bought 6 more boxes of CL's

I love em , love the performance on a deer , but my Finnlight don't shoot them as well as I'd like . With 150 and 165 factory Hornadys it's one ragged hole. My son's Tikka will stack the 130 TTSX , as a matter of fact , it will stack any type and weight bullet we've ever sent down the pipe.
