Mr.P’s Rub-a-Butt & Mexene Chili Powder 3:1 ratio No before pic because I’m funny about what I touch when handling raw meat to avoid cross contamination and I was rushing to get the cook started. Rub is listed above and the ribs were cooked at 275deg in gas oven for 3hrs, flipped every hour on the hour. Dry rub was applied immediately before putting in oven, normally I would let them rest in fridge for a couple hours for the rub to be drawn into the meat.
