Posting for my father in law who owns a 170 acre tract Between Grove Hill and Jackson, west of hwy 43, near Old Drive in Road.
The land was clear cut and replanted in pines 7 years ago. There are no food plots but lessee is allowed to establish some if desired.
Deer and turkey rights, $2,000
Contact Richard at 205-657-2186 for more info. I have never seen the tract so I cant answer any specific questions about it, other than it was continuously leased by a hunter for several years.
