I smoked 2 whole gators each about 3ft yesterday for lunch at the shop. It turned out pretty good but was a lotta work. Had Cajun spice and butter new potatoes and corn on the cob with it.
It all disappeared pretty quick. First time I’d ever smoked one.
Next month is Bison tomahawks I think

We have a monthly revenue goal and if we hit it, I cook. If we pass it by at least $10k we have a lottery drawing for $1000 per every $10k over. That’s an awesome policy. Puts everyone with skin in the game
