Looking forward to getting the season kicked off this weekend. I've got a few on the radar and plan on thinning some does. Looking forward to killing with you guys.

Well, I would like to think this is a good start for me. Sat the last two afternoons around the house. I’ve got 2 eight points I would love to get with my bow.
Yesterday, had a doe and 2 yearlings stroll by. They have normally been on camera before the 8s show. That was all I saw.
This afternoon after the rain, I had 5 bucks show up but dang it, neither of the 8s were in the bunch.
I count these to days as a success!
Looking forward to what this year brings!

Looking forward to what this year brings! Sounds like a great opening weekend. I had a similar experience. I saw my shooters in a group out of range but it was great to get eyes on them because pics can be deceiving. My #1 might get bumped to #2 based on what I saw yesterday.

Good start! I had a dandy 8 point come in the other night but by the time he was within range it was too dark to get a shot. I’m hoping to get back in the woods on Sunday eve and hopefully get something on the board!
