Last year I bought a brand new Diamond Edge 320 bow from Bass Pro in spanish fort. Wasn't really sure I wanted a diamond, but it was on sale and had good reviews so I went with it because the bows I really wanted were just out of my budget. I probably haven't even shot it 50-75 times in the year I've had it, and last weekend I was target practicing and heard a loud pop when I was about mid draw one time. Wasn't sure what it was but something was clearly wrong. I looked it over and couldn't notice anything out of the ordinary like a cracked limb or something, so I took it to bass pro and let them look at it. Come to find out on the top cam, either the bearing or the axel is broke. The guy working there said he'd take it apart this week and see what all it was, and would call me soon as he knew something. Said he may have parts in store or would have to order them from Diamond depending on what it is. Well, I still hadn't heard from him as of this morning so I called and he says he's just now about to start on it and would call me back today or tomorrow. I was drawn for Upper State hunt 10/26 - 10/29, so it's typical of this to happen I guess. On top of it, this is practically a brand new bow. If they call me back and can't get it fixed in a reasonable amount of time or have to order parts that they say will take a long time to ship, what do you guys think I ought to do? I haven't been ugly with them yet and don't really want to but I mean come on. Parts way bigger and harder to get than that are overnighted all over the country every day. I got half a mind to tell them to canabalize one in the store or just give me another bow. Maybe I'm overreacting, but I can't help but be pissed about the whole thing

Definitely ask for a replacement bow.
Georgia Football..Acts like Bama but has a trophy case like South Carolina.

I’d be on the phone directly with the manufacturer and let them know their defective product was fixing to cost me a hunt. If they can’t expedite you the warranty part within a week, they shouldn’t be building bows.

This is why I shoot elite bows. If your bow tears up they’ll send you a loaner till your bow can be fixed. I do hope yours gets fixed in time or you can find a loaner from one of the fine gestures above
