What’s your budget? For real. There’s the 2-3k stuff, the 4-6k stuff, the 6-10k stuff and 20k stuff.

If you have a big checkbook, voodoo-m by pixels on target. Pair that with a weapon-mounted laser range finder with TracIR cable, you’ll have a disturbed-reticle capable system that you literally range the target, aim at it in the reticle, and pull the trigger. No holding over, no adjusting for elevation.

Burris stuff is good on a budget. Has a stadia range finder built in.

If you want to mount on an AR type weapon, in front of a low power variable optic, then the Andres industries TigIR-6z is a great option. Nothing over about 6x on the optic is beneficial. You can be in the game for about 7k.

I’ve seen the ATN and Pulsar vids from thermal hog hunts. The guy that owns both recommends the newest ATN but says you can’t go wrong with either. The ATN he’s using is cheaper than the Pulsar so there’s that. I think he said the the ATN he’s using was around 4k

This. He recommended a bering hogster to me a couple years ago and it has served me well.
