You get to the position we are in today by allowing Rhinos to control your party and kick the can down the road over and over and over again which is exactly why the Democrats have consolidated the power that they have.
This is why the Republicans can't seem to gain any support. There has been an out in the open Uniparty since 2011. There is no leadership. There is no accountability until there is. Accountability was Yesterday. We will see what the next Speaker can do but they need to come in swinging unlike the Rhino that just left.
It's time for them to do their jobs. If they can't do their jobs that's on them. This really changes nothing if nothing gets done...... McCarthy wasn't going to get anything done he was putting on a show.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

McCarthy wasn't going to get anything done he was putting on a show. Exactly. We have watched for the establishment uniparty cut the legs out from under the conservative agenda for over a decade. They torpedoed the repeal of the ACA. They folded on the budget numerous times. They are literally to blame for the skyrocketing inflation we are living through. And they did all they could to stop or delay building a wall at the southern border. It’s time the uniparty loses power. I’d rather have a vicious minority that pulls out all the stops to represent my interests than a flaccid majority that cowers in fear of a negative headline and sells out the people of this country at every turn.

If you listen closely to that McCarthy said last night the conclusion I came to was that he got double crossed by Nancy Pelosi. She had apparently told McCarthy to let them have the rule that allowed them to remove McCarthy. And apparently the deal was that the Democrats would back McCarthy and NOT allow this to happen. That's what McCarthy said. What happened was he started making side deals with Democrats and when the vote came they (Dems) ALL voted to remove him. He got double crossed. Nancy Pelosi is moving her office to the basement this morning. That was McCarthy's parting shot at her. The old saying that the TRUTH is somewhere in the middle applies here. Nancy and the Democrats.... Still Winning! Given all that I don't think there is any question he needed to be removed. If he's made a deal with the Devil up front like that McCarthy was obviously planning on putting up a show but not a fight. Article: Republicans Kick Nancy Pelosi Out of Her OfficeWow this makes perfect sense. If you deal with the devil...

I'm glad to see the RINO scum McCarthy get his comeuppance, but it doesn't help the republicans at all. Gaetz is showboating for the cameras and this chitshow is only for his personal gratification and aspirations for the Governors seat in Florida.
Put Jim Jordan in the Speaker's chair and let's see if he can lead the do nothing gas bags.

Ahhh Jim Jordan.... from what I gather and from what I see of him in action ...he looks pretty solid ... he says he wants to be speaker..... Could he..would he...NO.... will he be allowed to conduct it all without interference from the insurgency and the in your face dems stopping him at every turn with witchery and out right betrayal. I bet right now from his office to his vehicle and the bathroon even ,,,it's all wired for sound.. I would think his home is wired too.. IF he gets the nod the lefties will drum up something on him just like they've done with many others. They've already got the ammo on Jordan with the Ohio State sexual abuse fiasco. Supposedly a wrestler wanted to report what was going on and Jordan who was an assistant coach or something, supposedly told him to keep things quiet and not report it. Never followed the reporting on it but trust me, if Jim becomes speaker, that will be the new battle cry of the liberal left.

So what if Gaetz or anyone else is pandering to their base. I'm all for politicians pandering and grand standing because that means they are doing things their constituents want. That's representative government which is what we all should want. I swear every time a republican actually does what needs to be done so called conservatives start hand wringing and complaining that hurting the establishment is gonna result in democrats gaining more power. The last decent conservative that stood up against the establishment didn't get destroyed by democrats. He got destroyed by Trump and his minions. Republican voters are their own worst enemy and do more damage to their party than democrats ever could. I want to see more pandering and grand standing to the point they burn it all down and nothing is left of the current party but smoldering ashes. Kicking the can down the road has gotten us to the point of no return and there is nothing left to salvage. Anyone that claims to be able to work with the other side is on the other side and not someone that will represent conservative values.
