I got some out of the locust fork river a few years ago and tried to keep them in a little goldfish pond. I had a hard time keeping them alive. Did you dig out the entire plant or did you harvest it's seeds?

Y’all planting these in streams on your property? Pretty sure they need some current to do well.

Y’all planting these in streams on your property? Pretty sure they need some current to do well. I'm trying to do some research experiments on them for school, so I was planning to put them inna an aquatic aquarium and throw a water pump in to get the water moving.
