Need to find a good contractor in SE Alabama (Barbour County) area that can renovate an old farm house and finish out a barn that has living area. Been trying to find someone for two years and have only identified a handful of folks but none have worked out. As one guy put it, all of the tradesmen in this area are dead or have moved. Actually had a member on this site reach out to me, meet me to look at the job and then never returned my calls, texts or PMs.

Thanks for the info. Keep the recs coming. Too late to start anything until after deer season so that gives me plenty of time to find someone and work out a plan.
