**** Deer and fishing only***
***THIS IS CONTINGENT UPON ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY PANNING OUT**** I should know within a couple of weeks at the latest.
This would be would your lease to manage deer as you see fit. However, my preference would be to have someone that is management minded. I have busted my butt on this property and let some nice deer walk. We have also killed some nice deer. My goal is to have a good relationship with the group and continue what I have in place. It does not have a camp nor can one be established on this property.
Property is approximately 1250 continuous acres. A good mix of timber, clear cut and diversity. It has been managed for 4 yr or better the past two years. Summer plots, feed and trigger control etc.
I have been offered a potential opportunity to go a different direction. I’m putting out some feelers on my coffee county property. I’d like to put 4 quality deer hunting guys on it at 3k each (12K total) contingent on this other opportunity panning out. I am not set on 4 if they all know each other and would consider larger group. It has two nice ponds on it as well.
I am retaining the turkey rights so that needs to be understood. This is not up for discussion for the 2024 season, a very slim chance I would consider discussing 2025 season.
I will plant (provide seed, fertilizer, equipment labor) and keep up the property (roads etc) for the listed price. What they/you would need to do is provide stands and if they/you feed provide feeders etc.
I’ll need to take my shooting house with me if I pull out of Coffee.
All plots have been limed last summer, mineral sites established and has 5 acres of soybeans planted on it, deer have absolutely hammered them.
If you are serious about considering the opportunity please send me a PM. I respectfully ask that you have your ducks in a row and necessary permission from the boss lady if that is a requirement. Not being a jerk here, hoewever I don't care to waste my time or yours for that matter.

Well this opportunity did not last long. I have an interested group pending everything pans out. I will update if something changes.
