I’m curious if there are any members out there and what your experience has been like. I’m thinking of joining as it’s a close place to shoot and they are working on a 3D archery range which is appealing. Thanks for any info.

I’ve been a member out there for a very long time. Good place with nice people. I mostly shoot the five stand now but they have a pretty nice place and it’s very convenient.

I grew up shooting it but it’s been 30 years.

Right next to the race course, derby parkway off 459.

I was a member for a while. My office is about 2 minutes away. Now I just go up there occasionally and shoot. You can just pay per round, instead of buying a membership.

I'll join for a year or two, then let it drop, then go back. Right now my daughter is a member, so I go with her. About 10 minutes for me. Generally shoot skeet, but occasionally will go the trap field or 5-stand. Nice people, safety oriented, just a great place.
Carried my son out there when he turned 10 and paid for several hours of coaching to get him started right. He eventually shot with the University team in Tuscaloosa, so I guess it was a good move.

I've been a member out there but let it drop this year. Good setup, basic, clean and the folks in the clubhouse are nice. I live about 15 minutes away and can run up there by myself and shoot the voice activated trap range and burn through 100 shells pretty quickly.

For years have been open Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday; and have now added Friday afternoon/evening.

The few times I’ve been it’s been good.
