Yes...definitely overreacted. I've seen singers stop mid-song to call out fans for fighting or seriously disrupting others and I don't have a problem with that, but stopping a show and calling out some folks for taking a picture is just dumb and she certainly isn't good enough or a big enough star to get away with it. Now, if they'd been doing it the entire show and were disrupting the show or other fans, then ok....but I don't think that was the case here.

Apparently they were distracting and disrupting the show for others. Fair enough. I will say that I just shake my head when you're at a concert and there are hundreds of people in front of you holding their phones over their heads videoing. I've been guilty of it too but quickly realized nobody cares about my schitty cell phone video of a song that you can find good quality recordings of on youtube.
More and more singers/bands are starting to ban cell phones at their shows and I kinda get it.

I wondered why local Slapout talent, the lovely Jessie Muesse of American Idol fame, announced that anyone at one of her shows is welcome to take selfies. Now I know. I just don't follow entertainment news like I should I guess.

There’s a reason Blake dumped her. Her and Blake would come hunting and a duck camp near here. All my buddies that guide there hated taking her to the blind. She’d bitch about everything and was very rude to them and Blake. They also said the only person worse then her to hunt with was Reba. Everyone hated her. Needless to say, they are no longer invited to Jim’s Place.
