It’s ridiculous anyway. We could have an open season to every interested hunter, and the population would probably still keep growing. I doubt it would decline. But so what if it did. This ^^^^^^^^^

The west central is the prime area killed a 12 foot 11 inch there couple yrs ago Best I’ve killed in West Central was 11’8”. I killed a 13’1” in Eufaula and a 12’3” in the Southeastern zone. The one I’m hunting in Eufaula will put all those to shame

no draw again. 11 in a row. Have you been applying for all zones for 11 years and never been drawn? I’ve been applying for all zones I think 10 years and have basically been drawn every 3rd year.

Anyone received the tag to be mailed? Got a West Central draw, getting close to time. Did you send them their $250 already?

It’s ridiculous anyway. We could have an open season to every interested hunter, and the population would probably still keep growing. I doubt it would decline. But so what if it did. But a regular hunting season wouldn't make the dcnr any extra money, so that will never be considered. Their business plan is to sell us hunting and fishing experiences. The idea of serving the people was tossed about 20 years ago and I don't see them ever going back.

Folks just don’t understand this is called anti-hunting. I try to remind the turkey hunting restriction nazis, but they don’t listen.
