Is anyone on here drinking it and if so where are you buying it?

Sprouts carries a vat pasteurized milk. It's easier to get and seems like it lasts longer than unpasteurized.

I think it is illegal to sell it in Alabama. At least that is what I'm told is the reason people in N. Alabama give for coming up here and buying it and "bootlegging" it back across the line.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

It is illegal to buy or sell it in Alabama. I remember some nut case from Guntersville that would call into Rick and Bubba and he would only drink raw milk.

Well you can buy it by the gallon and they sell a lot of it in Slocomb. Sorry I just looked it’s pasteurized.

You can buy it in Alabama but it has to be labeled as pet milk and not for human consumption.. Raw Milk is supposed to be a lot better for you..

I believe I’ve only had it once (in high school FFA field trip to a dairy farm).

However- that was the only kind of milk my Dad drank when he was young. Mamaw had a dairy cow and milked it twice a day for their family. It was way before my time - but, as I have been told - she pretty much made butter, cream, buttermilk…etc.

My dad and me farm. Google it. Its around Hokes bluff, i think. My wife used to buy milk from them every other week. Theyre good people and sell good clean products. And Jawbone is right, it is illegal to sell it in Alabama, but like everything else, theres a loophole. A sticker that says "not for human consumption", makes it legal.

I grew up on fresh milk since my neighbor had a dairy farm. We'd take our jugs and scoop a gallon out of the vat. They had Dairy cows, we had Herefords. I still catch myself shaking the jug like it had cream at the top! lol

I think that was the point of him asking. so he could bust them. too hard to get fentanyl, much easier to go after kids drinking milk.

Circle J dairy in Gordo is what we’re drinking now. It is unreal how good it is compared to the other stuff. It lasts twice as long in the fridge also. It has heavy cream in it, but I’m sure it’s not raw, but it sure is different than anything else you can buy.

My wife went this past weekend to circle J and she loves it… it is 2 hours away from us I was looking for something close to home.. she even mentioned getting an A2 Jersey Cow and milking it herself

They've been busting the Amish and a few others for selling raw milk.
Tried to claim that one batch of milk killed someone but that was a stretch.
The Amish set up a buyers club to get around the feds.

I too am surprised that they haven't set up a tv misinformation / propaganda campaign to shut it down.

All fun and games till something bad happens then you'll be the first ( or your heirs) to run to the Health Dept or file a lawsuit. They tell you it's better but when you ask them what is the good stuff pasturization kills, they don't know. Plenty of bad stuff can get in milk and these illegal guys test for nothing. They, the illegals also tell you that there's been no illness attributed to raw milk which is a lie. Now if you're milking your own cow, you know when it gets sick and will pour out the milk. There is mastitis( sub clinical) that you can't see so when the illegal guy gives some homeopathic remedies on the cow to get it better and it doesn't, who drinks that. You will. So go buy this cow sheet milk and feed it to your kids and when it blows out their kidneys, you'll feel better carrying them to dialysis. That's what happened to a woman in California. Salmonella, E Coli, Listeria, Campylobacter and Brucellosis are waiting on you. It's legal to sell Pet food so you can mix it with Alpo or gravy train. If it's not broke don't fix it.
