I have two Link Micro cams that take the picture. How ever they will not send it, three chats with Spypoint does not help. Any ideas what the problem is. Thanks, for any help.

They didn’t offer a software update ?

I reloaded the Firmware twice to no avail. Also long formatted the discs twice as their instructions.

Have you tried new cards?

Tried one new card same result, going to get a couple more different vendor.

Set your camera up beside you and then call SpyPoint. As you have camera turned on beside you tell them you have formatted the card. They can communicate with your camera from their desk and should be able to help you. Hopefully you will get someone this time that will hang in there with you.
They have been a lot of help to me in the past when I had the camera with me.

Just got off the phone with Spypoint. both cams are bad. They are replacing the cam in warranty
and selling me one at half price because the other cam is out of warranty. Thanks for the advice.

They’ve always been helpful to me but then you have to get the right one helping you

Great. They have a lot of trouble with their cameras sometimes, but as with you ,they have always worked with me. As stated above, you just have to have the correction person helping and sometimes that means calling several times.
