I went in a restaurant the other day that had a sign up saying they didn't take cash. You should have walked out and found another restaurant.

Shelby County won’t take cash for a ticket either. Has to be a money order. I’ve had bank tellers ask me why I was taking out money before and I’ve told them that was none of their business. It shocks them a little but the questions stopped there. Bank scams, ransoms, etc…are all BS excuses the banks are using. More and more business, and even churches, are moving away from cash transactions/donations.

The government doesn’t want cash transactions because they have a harder time making sure the IRS gets their cut. Think about tips. If you tip by card, the waitress has no choice but to claim it as income.

The Finley Center at the Hoover Met is a totally cashless venue now. That's another eson I dont go to any show but the AGCA gun shows now.

Certain in Bank in Mobile (imagine there's more) won't take cash for loan payments, my buddies done got into a few knock down drag outs about paying his vehicle loan, and they’ve usually just caved, but they have since doubled down and won't accept cash. Bank President said it's all on Govt/IRS. He called his Attorney and his advice was to pay off the loan and get away from that Bank...
Which bank? Wanna be sure I steer clear of them.
