I have 2 finished hogs booked for processing May 18th. Hogs have been grown on grass, hay, NON-GMO feed. They have been finished on straight crushed corn. Natural grown on mud, grass, woods, with natural worming methods. 250-300 pound $500 a piece processed in Russellville Alabama. You pay the processing fee I deliver to processor. What is the processing fee?

So do you consider them as organic. If so that triples the price. I’m not sure all the hoops to the organic market but I can assure you that these pigs have not ate anything but good straight grain, grass, acorns, and clean city water. These pigs sale for way more than what I have then priced on the interweb. I’m just trying to brake even and Shiloh can vouch for the price he knows how it is.

Heard one sold at the local auction last week for $800. If I have to pay for them to be slaughtered, they will be inspected and sold by the pound per package of meat. The 4H auction just had some go as low as .75 cents a pound for 200 pounders!
