LandGlide is pretty dang accurate for an app. Not survey grade by any means, but I’ve found lots of corner stobs with it over the years. In some areas, the lines will be shifted slightly for some reason. In those cases, I just use the timber lines on the aerial photo to adjust.

How accurate are these apps??? I use On X but have used others that are pretty similar since they use pretty inch the same GIS info Sometimes they are and sometimes they’re not. Depending on the county’s GIS I guess Her eat the house it’s pretty accurate. At the farm it’s not. Doesn’t even have the Trace accurately defined. It’s off several feet to to 40-50ft from know markers and surveyed lines.

HuntStand is free . I think u get 10 free landowner lookups in a month . On x $29 a yr for each state or $. 100 for all . BaseMap $30 yr for all states. None are accurate but are close . Some places over 100 ft off. All them takes over a year to update landowner . Some longer. They have arial photos that are taken different times of the year . I like BaseMap because most their arial photos are from winter time an i can see the difference between pine trees an hw trees.
