Folks - Possibly like many of you, I have REALLY been suffering with sinus problems due to the the pollen, weather changes (rain, dry, hot, cold,...etc), and having my nose broken twice. Last night I ended up sleeping in the recliner with my head upright, just to keep my nose from clogging up so bad that I couldn't breathe. Today my wife bought me one of the Navage bundles from Wal-Mart and I gotta say - that I can't remember when my sinuses were this clear (both nostrils). Not to be overly nasty about what that thing cleaned out, but it seemed to do a heck of job.
It takes a bit to get used to it using (for me - the salty water wanted to run down my throat, until I intentionally started breathing through my mouth with tongue on roof of mouth). I've only used it once (about an hour ago), but the difference was noticeable right off the bat.

Flonase (corticosteroid) used daily and and anti-histamine tablet (like Allegra) when symptoms worsen is a great combination

It saves me during allergy season. The key is using it before hou get clogged up!

I couldn’t use the Navage Made my head feel like it was going to explode Try it when you are not congested to get used to it. I use Eustaci to open up my inner ear canal after using Navage when I do have sinus issues.

Hot steamy shower. Hold down right nostril, and blow like hell! Then, hold down left nostril and repeat!
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Be sure to use only distilled water for the rinse. Tap water, which still can possess significant impurities and germs, can occasionally be very bad juju when injested deep into your sinus cavities. Good advice. Saw a recent story (I think in Florida) where a guy used tap water and got a brain eating amoeba.

I use the neilmed version. It does one side at a time. I warm my distilled water up in microwave and use it warm. Seems to make things easier to come out. It really helps in pollen season.

Yes, THANK YOU GUYS!!!! - I probably should have mentioned using that in my original post. And as Rmart30 mentioned - I heated the water to a little above luke warm before using it. hallb - I do suspect that I may have a deviated septum or something more seriously jacked up in my nose (nose broken twice and once pretty badly (excessive alcohol intake and a girl was involved, but not a fight - instead the roll bar on a jeep, the roll bar won))
