Here's a rabbit hiding in plain sight. He couldn't hide from high brass #6.

Try this link, it takes you to Youtube and it can be shown full screen.

Not mine , a buddy I hunt with , they are good dogs. Those two English colored dogs are top notch and very fast, the tri-colored dogs are pups in training. If you expand it you can see the rabbit . When they jumped him out in that open area it was by sight and that swamp rabbit was in Mach2. I'm just glad I didn't miss on camera, LOL. There's a bunch of cool videos if you go to Dogman Outdoors on youtube.

Yeah them swamp rabbits will do some crazy stuff. I’ve seen them squat in water with just their head sticking up. They’ll keep sitting until a dogs right on top of them usually.

Yeah , we had one pass a couple of hunters but didn't make it a short distance to some others. One of the hunters took a few steps and looked , he was hunkered down in a skidder rut with just his head sticking out of water.

I saw the one in this video before he came out of the thicket, he was coming down a ditch in water . Then into the drained duck pond and stopped in plain sight . He got flat to the ground but the dogs got on him quick and then he launched like F18 fighter plane. Very cool to see that play out in an open area and catch it on video.

They will swim too!

I was in a Beaver Pond several years ago waiting for some Wood-Ducks to come in. Heard some Dogs off in the distance running something. A few minutes later I saw him about 50 yards down the way.....not really in a hurry.....stopped at the waters edge looked back.....jumped into the water and swam about a 40 yard stretch of water....got out.....shook off and slowly hopped away.....a BIG CaneCutter Wabbit!!

Oh yeah they’ll jump in and cross some water without giving it a second thought
