of Clarkson's Farm on Amazon Prime is good watching.
Jeremy Clarkson shows the difficulty of running a farm in England. It's a humorous take on some of the absurdities and difficulties but well done and entertaining.
That is a great series. Clarkson does a hell of job making people appreciate the difficulties of farming. Some bad language, like you would expect from farmers, but worth watching with your older kids.
Not 10 mins ago my wife told me that Caleb has autism. That kid saved Clarkson so many times.
I didn't know a season 2 was out. I'll have to watch it. The first season was hilarious
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
It’s one of my favorite shows of all time, along with the Clarkson/Hammond/May version of Top Gear and Grand Tour. Clarkson has already confirmed a 3rd season is in the works.
MrsGomer even got me a Diddly Squat Farm apron to wear when I’m running the grill/griddle.
There are 3 certainties in an uncertain world:
1. All Politicians Are Liars 2. All Gun Laws Are an Infringement 3. Taxation Is Theft
Having lived in England for 4 yrs. I can attest to all the bs rules and Reg hoops he has to jump through. Example, I hunted pheasant with an old stevens side by side 12. I had to have a shotgun permit with photo id the size of a business folder at all times when I had the gun out of its locked storage. Or the ammo. Both had to be stored in my home locked separately and was subject to search and verification by the police at anytime. Had it at 6 am once and 10 pm another time. Best story was wife and I took our springer on a hunt with a group with the local MP. Who was the land owner. Wife and I got separated from the group we were with and we jumped up a large fallow buck and I put the bead on him, my wife went ape shucks. She thought I was going to lower the boom. I wasn’t , but found out shooting him would have cost me 10 yrs in British jail because he belonged to the queen. I still think I could of got him out in the back of that mini.

When were you there? I was there 93-97. I agree and that's why I was in to bows and target archery only.

gerald is the man. astounding socialist rules they have to follow. the TB badger problem is a nightmare for cattle owners ...
We need a constitutional amendment that says the number of employees working for the federal gov can NOT exceed X% of the number of US citizen employees in the private field.
In the US over 13% of your tax $ goes to support some lazy bureaucrat. Then on top of that they create a crap-ton more work that causes businesses to hire people just to deal with them.
Started watching last night after seeing this thread. Good stuff…
