Birthday was Tuesday, yesterday I killed a nice buck for my 250th Whitetail. With grandsons 6.5 Creedmore/130gr Nosler Accubond. Ruger Predator rifle. 70 yards thru some cover, had to thread bullet between two saplings to lungs. Buck ran maybe 60 yards with a great blood trail. Been a tough season, only been in the woods twice all season, no kills.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

The buck weighed a tad over 230, making it the fourth biggest buck(I think) that I have ever killed. Haven't taped antlers yet, probably 135+ with good mass.
I know one thing I would of had to eat him where he fell if I had not found some help getting him out. He's big and I'm too damn old to be dragging deer cept maybe 60 pounders!!!
