Best way to get ideas, is to come up a list of questions, and then contact the college of your choice and ask if you can come spend the day with them. They will be more than happy to answer you questions. You can also do the same with successful high school coaches. Most coaches will share info. as long as you don't play them. Just my experiences.

I currently coach junior high & varsity boys. I am trying to locate a few coaching clinics to attend during the offseason. Thought somebody here may have a few recommendations or know of a few. Where do you coach?
