Here is the headline. US Ban On Pot Users Owning Guns Ruled UnconstitutionalHere is the news story. https://www.zerohedge.com/political/us-ban-pot-users-owning-guns-ruled-unconstitutionalHere is the jist of it. " In a 54-page ruling in favor of Jared Harrison handed down Friday in Oklahoma, U.S. District Judge Patrick Wyrick said the government cannot claim that Harrison's "mere status as a user of marijuana justifies stripping him of his fundamental right to possess a firearm." I guess you have to show that somebody is intoxicated when deciding if they cannot be in possession of a firearm, like alcohol. But, being in possession of weed is still a Federal crime which makes it illegal to own a firearm. So I am confused. I guess you have to be convicted of a crime and officially become a felon to lose your right to own a firearm.

It's really simple, pots illegal in the U.S therefore illegal for the guns. If they allow one law to be ignored, more will follow. Not saying I agree but, that's the issue. Easy to get around that law here, don't do medicinal, just buy at the pot shop lol
